  • Can you create my ad? If you need help creating an ad, for a nominal fee, we will outsource the work to a vendor. Contact us today.
  • What happens when someone clicks my ad? They will be directed to the destination click-through URL you provide to us, typically your company’s website, Facebook page, or Instagram profile.
  • Are impressions and clicks tracked? Yes. We serve all ads through Google DFP, the industry’s most advanced metric’s tracking system. You may request a report of your campaign at any time.
  • What type of payments are accepted? We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Make all checks payable to Victor Valley News Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 401, Victorville, California 92393-0401.
  • How do I change my ad? Easy, just send the new ad to news@vvng.com and include the click-through URL.
  • How do I contact you? At any time, you may call or text (760) 998-1598, or email News@vvng.com.
  • When will all my impressions be served? 100% of your purchased monthly impressions will be served throughout a 30 day period.
  • Can I stop the monthly advertising subscription? Yes, it’s simple. Just log into your PayPal account and cancel anytime.
